Spectacular Wedding Venue
Their Marula Tasting Room is the perfect venue for your special day with spectacular views of Ballito and the ocean in the distance. Seats 130 – 140 people banquet style. Additional space is available should you wish to add a marquee at your own cost to cater to more guests, maximum of 200 guests on site.

The Marula Tasting Room has multiple glass doors, offering a spacious feel, inviting nature inside and showcasing its breathtaking views. The spacious double-volume ceiling is perfect for keeping the venue cool during Summer.
A Blank Canvas At Sharula Estate KwaZulu Natal Wedding Venue
They offer a “blank canvas” to choose your outside caterer, decor, and wedding planner. By organising your food, refreshments, and decor you can manage your costs and save towards your future home or honeymoon getaway. Should you need recommended suppliers they do have a list they would be happy to share with you.
Sharula Estate is a working Marula farm, they have over 100 Marula trees and they are between 3 and 6 years old. In addition, they have a variety of over 20 fruit trees in a separate orchard for the future flavours of their Marula wine and products. They have been waiting patiently for their first harvest which should be in the coming year.
The Marriage Tree
The Marula tree is known to the Zulu as the “marriage tree,” for it is a symbol of fertility and is used in a cleansing ritual before marriage.
