Instead of taking on many clients a year, they rather focus on putting all their effort into giving their exclusive clients all of their attention. They pride themselves on planning the perfect wedding for each individual couple.
How to Book The Event Planners as Your Coordinators
Before booking, each couple receives a questionnaire to fill in to help identify their preferences, style and budget. From there The Event Planners can create a wedding budget proposal to give their clients an approximate of what their wedding in South Africa will cost. The couple can then decide whether they are happy and would like to proceed.
The first step, once you have booked your wedding planner, is to decide on the venue. Madri and Nikki are both very capable in finding the perfect venue to match their client’s needs. Because of their experience in the industry, they have great relationships with many wedding venues in Cape Town and throughout the country. Using the answers from the couple’s questionnaire, they match the couple’s personality, style and budget to a specific venue.
Once the wedding venue is booked and confirmed, the process moves on to the other most important aspects of wedding planning. Finding the perfect photographer, videographer, decor, food, music, etc. They offer their couples a variety of great and reliable vendors to choose from.
Their Most Elaborate, Luxury Wedding in South Africa
One of their most elaborate and challenging weddings was a recent wedding at Val de Vie. The international couple wanted their wedding to be a grandiose, luxury event. This included extravagant elements such as a helicopter, ballerinas, acrobats, fire dancers, horses, pyrotechnics, and even cheetahs.
The other challenging element of planning the wedding was that the couple spoke only French. This made communication a bit more difficult, and some intuition was needed from the coordinators. At the end of the day the wedding went off without a hitch and the couple were very happy with their dream wedding day.
