In 2012, her passion for design + paper & his love to make people happy lead them to Creativeland. Fast forward two years into marital bliss and parenthood, she took the plunge, left her job and became her own boss.
Nicolette is the creative one; her years were filled with making home-made cards or scrapbooks for her artisan parents, a couple of years in London exploring the beautiful city and hoarding an enormous collection of paper, stationery & crafts. She loves her coffee Americano style, vegetable lasagne, handwriting, downloading new fonts every week, and listening to how couples [young and old] fell in love.
Ronald is their guru of all things; a calm person by nature who has the biggest heart, an instant friend the moment you meet him and has run two Comrades Marathons. He holds a degree in IT; is a firm believer that a cup of coffee can solve any problem, braais and long drives.

She has always had a big love for print and paper; is a major font nerd and can spend hours in stationery stores. She spent many years in Corporate (she is also a qualified Medical Technologist); but her weekends were spent designing, practicing her calligraphy skills and making gorgeous stationery – as her side hustle. Seven years ago she “retired” so she could spend all her time on her passion – weddings, events and pretty stationery.
She is addicted to coffee (her creative juice) and chocolate and has three fur kids who she adores! Janine has the most amazing husband who supports her 1000% and cooks their meals because he knows: “Once she gets started on a design, he’s not getting fed!” She is passionate about creating stunning bespoke, personalised, one-of-a-kind stationery to fit all of the important events in your life; be it your wedding day, baby shower, birthday or even a corporate event. She also works hand in hand with Wedding & Event Planners to create a seamless vision throughout your special day.
