Not much of a reader, no problem! Watch the DIY video right here:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fresh oranges
  2. Fresh Lemon
  3. Caster Sugar
  4. A blender or juicer
  5. An ice cream mould
  6. Ice cream sticks

DIY FRUIT ICE LOLLIES STEPS

Step 1: Juice your oranges and lemon.

Step 2: Once you’ve juiced your oranges your lemon, add a little bit of caster sugar.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the mould to the brim and put your ice cream stick all the way through to the bottom.

Step 4: Once you’ve placed the last sticks into the mould it’s time for it to go into the freezer and leave it there overnight. We recommend you place them into a ziplock bag so it retains the freshness.

Step 5: Enjoy! And remember you can also use strawberries to add some extra colour and variety to the mix! So if you’re going to do this yourself for your wedding we recommend taking it out at the last minute before you’re going to leave for your wedding venue. Place them into a cooler bag with some ice bricks and make sure it’s the last thing you put into your car and drive straight to the venue. Ask the venue manager to put it in their freezer; don’t open the box yet – they’ll be fine!
