Modern Romance Styled Shoot at Hazendal Wine Estate

The Venue and Location:

Hazendal Wine Estate’s Pavilion is modern architecture at its best and the perfect location for the ceremony part of the shoot together with The Grand Hall and its foyer. Chef Michelle designed a menu that is classy and fitting to the style and feel of the styled shoot.

Take your vows in Hazendal’s architecturally designed Pavilion that floats above water, framed by the magnificent views of the Bottelary Hills and Simonsberg.

The Flowers and Décor:

The styling was done by off centring grouped chandeliers above the table and hanging soft nude tulle from it. The flowers encompass soft nude tones with a pop of drama by adding bold deep red and rust colour roses. Lots and lots of chunky candles and dinner candles added to the romantic mood.

Make-up, Hair & Dress:

Suzanne’s (Skoonlief) took on an updo for this romantic wedding theme & modern bride paired with a subtle darker lip and eye was the perfect balanced look. Alana van Heerden’s nude bridal gown in itself is a fairytale with its floral detailing and sparkles underneath the tulle will make anyone want to do a few twirls.
