Due to weddings not taking place for the majority of 2020 – The Style Brand Makers had asked Cachet Creative to team up with them in executing a black on black wedding styled shoot. It was the perfect opportunity to get together with talented suppliers in the industry and create inspiration that one doesn’t often see.

The concept was based on the idea of having a design that is modern and speaks luxury; something that has the gentle fine art flair yet is bold and dramatic. They went with the monochrome/black on black setup for the dramatic look and feel. Crystal and gold detail brought in the luxury elements and the model, with her pearl veil, as that gentle fine art touch. The modern aspect was carried through each suppliers craft.

The Wedding Venue

Hello Timber is a beautiful blank canvas as a wedding venue and had the perfect lighting for the photographers to capture the set-up in the way that they did. The end result was a mirror reflection of the vision the whole team had in mind.

The Photographer

The name says it all. “Estilo” means “Style” in Spanish. They cover weddings in a stylish, photojournalistic manner and don’t limit their work to a certain genre. Unobtrusive reportage is definitely one of their strong points. They believe that there is a time and place for “directed” or casually posed shots – e.g. when it comes to photos of the couple together, the bride all dressed-up in her gown before the ceremony and with family and group photos. There is no stopping you during your first dance to “look here and smile for a snap”. They love all the details – from the shoes to the ring engravings, we will leave nothing out.
