Located less than an hour outside Johannesburg; in the picturesque Zeekoeihoek valley surrounded by lush meadows and stately gardens. They have mastered the art of weddings, along with all the services, cuisine and details that go into making your day a success. Picturesque views of the valley from the large patio offer a magnificent African sunset.

Large glass doors create a spacious outdoor feeling while guests are enjoying themselves in any weather conditions. Handcrafted real wood tables set with the finest cutlery, glassware and set with beautiful fresh flowers, light up under the large wrought iron chandeliers. Guests are treated to views of the large fully operated brewery behind 3 story glass windows which sets the perfect backdrop for any out-of-the-ordinary wedding.

Karen is the sole owner and photographer of Karen Pretorius Photography. This is a venture that she has wanted to start since she can remember. Karen sees in still images, and she wants the world to see it with her through her work! She takes her Portrait and Wedding sessions very seriously, but not herself. She describes her sessions are very casual, fun and interactive.

Having a strong artistic background in painting with oils, pastel, and charcoal, there is a different approach and outcome to each session. She uses her skills gained and techniques learned, to create an art piece with you, your family, your romance, and your children as her main subject.
