A Blush Pink Wedding Celebration by Trunk Events

Stephanie & Romano decided to tie the knot in December 2020. The couple had already been legally married but were looking for a date to have an intimate blush-pink wedding celebration of their love. When weddings were finally allowed after a hard lockdown in South Africa, they decided to celebrate at the Belair Pavilion in Paarl. Their décor and flowers were all inspired by the bride who loves a little sparkle and blush pink.

The Wedding Planners:

The Wedding Venue:

Belair is home to one of the most beautiful country garden wedding venues in the Western Cape. Belair Pavilion is a contemporary glass & steel building with wrap-around sliding glass doors. Beautifully positioned in an exquisite garden, it is virtually alive, covered in evergreen Star Jasmine that is in bloom in late October / November.

Nico Laubscher, the founder of N Concepts and Designs, has done weddings for the likes of JP Duminy, Ryk Neethling, and Marius Joubert. He also works with many sought-after venues, suppliers, and co-coordinators in the industry.

The little world that was created years ago comes alive in that one day, the citizens dance in the streets and have an all too merry time while he is photographing the day that you have been dreaming of with the utmost respect, the most magical light in the most beautiful of backdrops.

The Wedding Videographer:

In their wedding videography, Vizion Films focuses on telling the story of your day most naturally and authentically. Their goal is to capture true emotions effortlessly and elegantly. As camera artists, they are searching for the moments that are real: the eyes of the groom when he sees you at the beginning of the aisle, the kiss from your dad just before he gives you away. Combined with epic scenic shots and real-life action, those moments come together into a story of love and happiness!

The Wedding DJ:

Southern Sound is an Event, Vibe and Wedding DJ in the beautiful Mother City, Cape Town. They are a husband and wife duo and put their passion to play and have been creating good times since 2011. Niel van Zyl worked in some of the top establishments in South Africa brushing arms with some of the best Chefs. He travelled abroad through Ubuntu to work in the prestigious 5 Diamond Awarded Breakers Resort in Palm Beach Florida. In the hotel, he worked at various restaurants but fell in love with banquets.

With all the love and passion for the industry Concept Food was born, Although a young company, it’s taking the catering industry by storm offering personalised menus for any size or type of event. They take extreme measures to make sure that you as a client are happy and rest assured.
