Western Cape Decor & Hiring
If you haven’t ever planned parties or events it could be that you have not had to deal with furniture hiring companies before. To help you, we have compiled a few tips to keep in mind. Hopefully, this makes it easier for you to get the perfect chairs, tables and whatever you need!
1. Go See The Furniture
Most furniture or events companies have a large inventory of stock items and it is almost guaranteed that they do not have all of their items on their websites or in their catalogues. If you go to the place you will easily be able to assess the quality of the products and you could also find some hidden gems that you might have missed otherwise.
2. Plan Ahead
Even the best-laid plans go awry. So it is a good idea to get some extra chairs and tables when booking your furniture. This is just for backup in the unforeseen case that some extra family members pitch up unannounced. Having a few extra seats available is always a good idea.
3. Get Comparisons
As with all the vendors that you consider for your wedding, it is a good idea to compare! Get prices and check out the available products from a few various suppliers. You might find a chair that you love in one place. They don’t have the items available on your date. So spend some time looking around and get some price comparisons.
When it comes to planning a wedding, there are some things that have to be planned before others. The best way to stop yourself from feeling overwhelmed is to take the whole and break it down into smaller parts. Having a wedding checklist is a must! And you don’t need to stress, because we have created a FREE downloadable Pink Book Wedding Checklist for you.
