Based in Cape Town, Michelle brings a love of travel, beautiful spaces and great gatherings to every event she creates. Having travelled widely and called Cape Town home for many years, she knows what makes a destination feel special – and there’s nothing she loves more than sharing her home with people from near and far.

From destination and multi-day weddings to proposals, milestone celebrations and beautifully considered soirées, every event is approached with the same level of care, creativity and attention to detail.

The Gathering is our signature offering for destination and multi-day weddings – bringing together all the planning, logistics and coordination needed to make a celebration that spans more than one day feel completely seamless. From airport shuttles to the last toast and everything in between, we’re there to manage the details so you can focus on enjoying the people you’ve brought together and creating a multi-day experience like no other.

The Full Toot is our full-service planning package for a one-day wedding – basically, you hand us the reins and we take care of the rest. From finding the right suppliers and pulling together the styling, to timelines, logistics and making sure everything runs like a dream on the day, we’ve got the whole shebang covered.

We also offer The Soirée, month-of-coordination for clients who have planned their own wedding but want someone experienced to take the reins when it matters most. From managing suppliers and building timelines to troubleshooting the inevitable last-minute hiccups, we make sure everything runs smoothly while you get to be fully present.

For proposals, milestone birthdays, private dinners and other special celebrations, we work closely with our clients to create something personal, thoughtful and a little unexpected.

Our approach is hands-on and collaborative. We take the time to understand what matters most to you, what you love, and how you want your guests to feel. Then we take care of the logistics, suppliers, styling, timelines and countless behind-the-scenes details that make an event come together.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter celebrations or events that simply follow what’s expected. We believe in good food, beautiful spaces, great music, thoughtful details and, most importantly, having a bloody good time with the people you love.
