Kym Shuttleworth is the founder and owner of Kym & Me – Hair & Make Up, she is a wedding hair & makeup artist Pietermaritzburg. The Company was born when Kym amalgamated her talent with her passion and it has grown from strength to strength.

Kym studied hairdressing in 2002, qualified and continued her hair journey in Londons Mayfair. She won many awards and competitions along the way, featuring her work in over 80 different magazines.

Harpers Bazaar named her no. 1 blowdryer in London. Cosmopolitan Uk, New Woman and Elle are just a few other magazines she has featured in. Kym was apart of an Art Team in London that did the hair for the opening shows at Londons Fashion Week and Tv shows such as Britain’s Next Top Model and The Clothes  Show. Kym is wildly talented and went on to lecture and educate and share her vast knowledge with other stylists.

Upon her return to SA, Kym decided to pursue her obsession with makeup and qualified as a professional Mua.

Kym has specialised in Wedding Hair and Makeup and done hundreds of weddings to date. Kym is a specialist in hairup and bridal party styling. No wedding is too big or too small and Kym and her team will speedily and efficiently style your bridal party timeously at your wedding venue.

Kym has travelled and will travel to any destination near or far. Kym has a mischevious grin and a wicked sense of humour and will relax everyone with her jovial spirits and professionalism.
