Gary Carvalho is a professional live caricature artist offering a unique form of interactive entertainment for wedding celebrations. His live caricature service provides real-life, person-to-person engagement, ensuring guests enjoy not only their caricatures but also the lively sketching process filled with conversations and laughter. Gary’s goal is simple: to create realistic yet enhanced caricatures that highlight guests’ best features and foster a fun atmosphere. Upon request, he can also draw funny or exaggerated caricatures.

Each sketch takes about 3 minutes and is typically done on A4 paper for individuals, couples, or small groups. For larger groups, Gary can use A3 or A2 paper, accommodating up to 25 people on a single A2 page, perfect for group caricatures. Additionally, he offers colour caricature portraits of the bridal couple on the wedding day, drawn from the waist up on A3 paper. These take about 30 minutes to complete, with the couple needing to pose for only 10 minutes. Sketches can be personalized with a monogram for a small fee and are placed in protective plastic sleeves. Every wedding guest receives their caricature free of charge.
