From a young age, Shaima demonstrated natural leadership and a passion for creativity, which led her to study at the AAA School of Advertising. After completing her studies, she gained valuable industry experience working in the marketing department at Pioneer Foods. However, her entrepreneurial spirit and desire for independence drove her to pursue her own path.

At just 24 years old, in 2012, Shaima took a bold leap and launched an event hiring business built to transform clients’ visions into reality. What began as a one-woman operation has since grown into a respected, well-established company known for its excellence, reliability, and personal touch.
