The business is rooted in nearly two decades of restaurant experience. Chef/Owner Dawid Kriel took over from his sister, Marle Fourie, in 2011. Alongside Catering Manager Desirée Laubscher, Head Chef Charl Campher, and a passionate team, they operate from their bustling kitchen at Diamant Estate in Paarl.
