After having qualified as a Cordon Bleu Chef at The Cordon Bleu School of South Africa Beverley started catering for people in their own homes. Intimate dinners of the highest standard. However she soon realised that her passion lay in the sweeter side of things, so refined her business to only doing desserts and pastries. The business was refined once again when more and more people started asking for cakes, cupcakes, cookies & cake pops and now this is what the business focuses on.
Beverley has also found that her passion lies in very big cakes, the more tiers the better with lots and lots of elaborate details, baroque being her favourite style. Through all the incarnations, one thing has remained the same and that is the use of the finest quality ingredients and unique flavours.
