VENUE OPTION 1: THE ARENA

Capacity 180 to 600 guests

Punctuated by 3 spaces:

• The Arena Hall
• The Arena Bar
• The Arena Cascades Pavilion

The Arena is a grand garden space, ideal for those who need a large area to host their wedding. Three distinct landmarks punctuate The Arena. On the far end they have The Arena Hall, then The Arena Cascades Pavilion cantilevering over a koi pond and lastly the outdoor Arena Bar. All 3 spaces play together in seamless unison, allowing for welcome drinks, ceremony stage over the koi ponds and the wedding banquet hall. The piece de resistance of this venue is, however, the lavishly styled gardens and cascading ponds. The raised landscaped berms cause the space to be uniquely private.

Pot cascades punctuate the arrival area where welcome canapes and drinks can be served. An outdoor yet covered ceremony stage at one end and a covered bar at the other end with plenty of rolling lawn in between means each wedding is given a blank canvas to host their special day – the sky is the limit. Bridal couples may choose to hold their wedding in the Arena Hall or under the open skies in a marquee or Bedouin tent. This space is highly versatile allowing for almost any storyline to play out. With grey colour palettes and a distinct contemporary edge, this sumptuous event space with sprawling lawns can host large weddings from 180 to 600 guests banquet style.

VENUE OPTION 2: FOREST BANQUET HALL

Capacity 120 to 350 guests

Punctuated by 3 spaces:
• Forest Banquet Hall
• Forest Piazza
• Lily Pond Forest Chapel Amphitheatre

The Forest Banquet Hall surrounded by tall trees in beautifully landscaped gardens and cascading ponds consists of 3 spaces. This dramatic venue nestled below towering trees, with expansive rolling lawns, lends itself perfectly to the chemistry required for a fairy tale wedding. Whilst ceremonies can be held amongst the tall trees of the Lily Pond Forest Chapel Amphitheatre, pre-reception drinks and canapes can be enjoyed on The Forest Piazza and sumptuous banquets can be hosted inside the Forest Banquet Hall with its dramatic high thatch roof.

The Lily Pond Pavilion is a seemingly floating room set on and adjacent to the largest of their Koi ponds in landscaped gardens. The covered pavilion cantilevers over the Koi Ponds and one accesses the pavilion by walking across a 6-meter-long wooden bridge. The walkway to the ceremony area is very dramatic indeed. A broad wooden deck starts at the top of the hill, descending down to the ponds, with all eyes on the bride. This inspiring garden space has been designed in an amphitheater-style with 3 terraces allowing easy views. With a forest backdrop, The Lily Pond Pavilion is a magnificent, outdoor wedding chapel. While the Lily Pond Pavilion with its garden amphitheater can seat up to 500 guests cinema style, the Forest Banquet hall can accommodate from 120 to 350 guests banquet style.

VENUE OPTION 3: ELEPHANT HALL

Capacity 50 to 120 guests

The Elephant Hall trumpets loudly as The Garden Venue Boutique Hotel’s very first wedding hall. The Elephant Hall, with all its sentimentality intact, like a grand dame, delights in a neutral colour palette sufficiently versatile for any wedding style. It’s a thatched hall with expansive deck patios enjoying magnificent garden and pond views for wedding receptions and banquets. It can cater for up to 120 guests under roof banquet style. Guests who use the Elephant Hall will typically host their ceremony on the magnificent Koi Pond Pavilion, outside the Elephant Hall.

The Koi Pond Pavilion is adjacent to the Elephant Hall and is an exquisite outdoor space with decking pavilions cantilevering over the Koi ponds. Schools of gold and orange Japanese Koi fish add an exotic touch to this already remarkable space and as such, it is the ultimate venue for unforgettable wedding ceremonies. The Koi Pond Pavilion also offers the perfect opportunity where welcome canapés and drinks can be enjoyed. But many guests choose the intimate Boma below the Elephant Hall to hosts their guests, enjoying welcome drinks and canapes, while the bridal party takes photos in the designer gardens.

VENUE OPTION 4: OLIVE TREE HIDE

Capacity 30 to 60 guests

Punctuated by 3 spaces:

• The Lawn Terrace

The Olive Tree Hide is an outdoor thatch venue in an enviable position nestled under a grand old indigenous Olive Tree. It can cater for up to 60 guests under roof, banquet style. It’s an intimate area situated at the far end of the Lawn Terrace. This exceptional space is ideal for smaller intimate weddings, with a circular patio and wrap-around exterior seating. A meandering pathway leads through the trees to a rock cascade and a raised wooden deck.

The Lawn Terrace is a large expanse of lawn framed by opulent masses of green vegetation. If you are looking for a garden wedding, then look no further! Rolling lawns and immaculately landscaped gardens define this beautiful space.

Although the Olive Tree Hide sits at the far end of The Lawn Terrace, along the way you will find a majestic Acacia Tree. It’s at this robust African tree that we have chosen to build our Acacia Chapel, ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies. It’s an outdoor chapel. Pot cascades frame the left and right of the mini stage and the branch canopy of the Acacia Tree forms the ceiling.

At the center of the Lawn Terrace is a large Jacaranda Tree, seasonally covered in pale indigo flowers. It’s under this beautiful tree that welcome drinks and canapes can be enjoyed while the bridal couple takes photos.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The Garden Venue Boutique Hotel offers exclusive accommodation. Boasting peace and tranquility and fantastic garden views, the exclusive rooms combine classic style with contemporary flair. Being a boutique hotel, each room enjoys a different design element.

All rooms are en suite, with double or single occupancy available. Guests may choose between either the deluxe or standard rooms with king, queen or twin bed options. Beyond the standard and deluxe rooms, we also have honeymoon suites and family rooms. The family rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The honeymoon suites and hotel rooms are very sought after and they recommend block booking by bridal couples, in order to accommodate the bridal party and those guests traveling from far.

The hotel chefs present a sumptuous English and continental breakfast daily – not to be missed. Lunches and dinners can also be arranged for hotel guests. Wifi is free and all rooms include coffee stations. Airport transfers are available on request.

CATERING & BEVERAGES

The in-house chef has created multiple exceptional menus specially designed to tantalise your taste buds. Most weddings prefer buffet menus, but plated courses & butler service can also be requested. The delectable canapes & refreshing arrival drinks are still the best way to start your special day. The most popular wedding menu options are the Ruby, Emerald & Diamond Buffets, which were specially designed with wedding flavours in mind. However, they also design bespoke menus considering any unique culinary requirements that you may have. Food tastings can be enjoyed by prior arrangement & they highly recommend that couples meet with the Head Chef to discuss their menu choices.
