After being in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years, Chef/owner Dawid Kriel took over this business from sister Marle Fourie in November 2011. Together with catering manager Karen van Zyl and head chef Wikus Potgieter and their loyal, long supporting staff, they daily cook up a storm at their kitchen in Aan de Wagen road, Stellenbosch.
