Avontuur Estate, an internationally renowned wine estate situated between Somerset West and Stellenbosch. The farm covers some prime Winelands real estate and boasts incredible views spanning over False Bay across to Table Mountain. Avontuur Estate commonly referred to as the home of “fine wine and fast horses”, now has an added addition of fabulous functions, events & birthday celebrations.

Recent renovations of the grand Old Cape Dutch Manor House have resulted in world-class accommodation. It lends itself to one of the most beautiful event settings in the Cape. The rolling lawns of the Manor House are cradled by beautiful gardens amongst the tranquil horse paddocks. Some of South Africa’s highest-rated thoroughbred racehorses have now retired to breed. It is a truly an amazing setting.

The stylishly upgraded barrel-cellar venue maintains its rustic authenticity, yet has a modern charm. It is an ideal event venue that can seat up to 140 guests. Included in the venue are a separate bar and outside terrace with breathtaking views.
