ONS is a social enterprise of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) and serves as a vibrant hub for community upliftment and skills development. It is home to the PACT Hospitality Academy, proudly run in partnership with the Franschhoek Hospitality Academy, where aspiring hospitality professionals are trained and empowered for meaningful careers in the industry.

Bringing together the ONS Eatery, a thoughtfully curated wellness and retail space, a trainee salon, and a versatile events venue, ONS offers a dynamic and welcoming environment that blends learning, creativity, and community. At its heart lies a flourishing seasonal garden that supplies fresh produce to the eatery, enhances immersive cooking experiences for guests, and inspires the chef and his team to craft wholesome, farm-led cuisine.
