We had the absolute pleasure of working with Niki from Event Planners for our wedding at Boschendal in Stellenbosch in March 2026, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning (over 20 months of planning!!), Niki stood out for her incredible organisation, calmness, and her ability to completely understand and bring our vision to life. She just got it… every detail we had imagined, she executed perfectly.

On the day, we had unexpected rain, and Niki and her team seamlessly pivoted to a last-minute wet weather backup plan. She organised a beautiful outdoor tent setup that ended up being even better than our original plan, having everyone together in one space made the atmosphere so special. It was stress-free for us because we had complete trust that she had everything under control.

Her coordination with vendors and management of the timeline was flawless. A standout for us was the envelope wall we asked for - it looked absolutely AMAZING and was identical to our inspiration picture. We were beyond happy with how it turned out.
